Getting started
Open the anonymous report sample in the app to see how results are presented.
Follow the in-app guide to save a complete sysdiagnose archive, then select it from Files.
Check the file format and readability, review the analysis option, then decide whether to buy a report credit.
A credit is consumed after a report is generated successfully. Keep an original archive if you need to revisit the source records.
